Factors affecting the learning process through the online setting in the new normal

The researcher identifies the factors' impact on selected students affecting their learning throughout this pandemic. Along with this, the paper also discusses the strategies of learners and improvements of e-learning in the new normal. By using a survey method, the Likert-scale questionnaire was chosen to measure the student's responses. Moreover, factors such as behavioral, social, school factors, etc. show great importance in this online class setting. Thus, aims to help stakeholders identify key points in their further study.
