Attitude of swimmers towards health and hygiene related to environment

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to determine thernattitude towards Environment of Swimmers. A total of 80 Swimmers (40 male andrn40 female) were selected for the present study. The TAJ environmental attitudernscale (TEAS) constructed by TAJ (1997) was employed to assess the level ofrnattitude. Mean, SD and ‘t’ test were employed to find out the significance ofrndifference and administered to assess the attitude of the subjects with regardrnto Health and Hygiene related to environment. The result of the study revealedrnthat No significant differences have been found between male and femalernswimmers. Conclusion of the study and suggestions for future environmentalrnattitude research are discussed.
