Instructionalsupervision plays an important role in improving the teaching quality and is an important way to improve the teaching level, which has attracted the attention of many university administrators and educational researchers. In this paper, I sorted out the definition and role of instructional supervision in Colleges and Universities, the problems existing in instructionalsupervision in Colleges and Universities and the strategies, and put forward some opinions and suggestions.
