The data was collected through pre-test and validated interview schedules and was analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to draw conclusions and to give some suggestions through which we can control that social problem. The results of present study showed that our society is a male dominate society and woman is follower. Secondly, women education at rural areas is very meager. Thirdly, if someone hardly successful to get a job then she faces so many hurdles (like low salary, extra work, non-cooperation of the society members etc.) in the way to continue it.
